This is an oil lantern. No electricity or solar power here!
I was at an artist's house last week. She had turned a barn into a very nice place! The outside looked might have looked like a shed, but indoors, it was clean, beautiful, creative and oh so pretty. But knowing me, the one thing that stood out was this oil lamp on the front porch. I like to imagine that the sons and fathers might have once used it to light their way home after their long hunting trips. And even if they didn't, it just looks so neat...
